Order Processing & Delivery
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details once your order is placed.
Shipping Methods & Time frames
Once processed, orders are shipped using our selected carrier. Estimated delivery times are:
- T-shirts: 3–7 business days (U.S. domestic)
- Soil Packages: 5–10 business days (due to handling and packaging requirements)
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on carrier performance, weather, or other external factors.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.
Order Tracking
After your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. You can use this to monitor the status of your shipment.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review the conditions for returns below.
Eligibility
Products may be returned or exchanged only if:
- They are unused and in original condition
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
- Original packaging and tags are intact
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of the product, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange unless damaged or defective:
- Opened or used soil products
- Custom or personalized items
How to Initiate a Return/Exchange
To begin a return or exchange:
- Email us at support@carewaialuafarm.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will send you a Return Authorization and further instructions.
- Ship the item back to us within 7 days of authorization.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was defective or the return was due to an error on our part.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Allow 5–10 business days for the refund to show on your statement
- Shipping charges are not refundable unless the return was due to a product defect or error

Damaged or Defective Items

Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that window, we cannot guarantee cancellation due to fulfillment processes.
